New programming starts today


I've been thinking about our programming lately. It's way too boring. No one gets to go glycoltic and feel like they got a good workout. You can't brag to your friends about how hardcore you are. Since I'm not wearing out your shoulders from too many kipping pull-ups, I can't sell you extra PT appointments. And I haven't burned out your adrenals yet, so you don't need to buy energy drinks at the front desk.

So it's all changing today. I've decided to buy some programming. It was a really good deal and I can't be expected to spend all of that time to make it myself. You're going to get so addicted to the adrenaline from these workouts that you'll be coming in 6 days a week, and some two-a-days. You'll get so neurotic that you'll never miss a workout because your friend might get faster than you. If you do get away for a vacation, you'll end up taking pictures of yourself doing handstands just to prove that you didn't take a rest day.

•6 thrusters
•6 chest-to-bar pull-ups
•9 thrusters
•9 chest-to-bar pull-ups
•12 thrusters
•12 chest-to-bar pull-ups
•15 thrusters
•15 chest-to-bar pull-ups
•18 thrusters
•18 chest-to-bar pull-ups
