TSC Standards

After yesterday's long post, I'm going to phone it in today. StrongFirst posted a video of the standards for the three events. Take a look just so you know what to expect on Saturday.

I know I promised smoked meat after the event, but those plans may be falling through. We may just have to run to Wayne's and pick up some BBQ instead (if they don't sell out first).

Today's Workout - start lowering the intensity this week

deadlift 5-3-3-3x3 - keep it light and do perfect reps!
