Isabella Dean
Personal Trainer
I train because I love it. When I first started training, I adoringly called it “adult recess” because it felt like play time. If I’m not at the gym, there is a good chance that I am thinking about my next visit and all of the wonderful things I will get to do while I am there. Working hard and constantly improving upon something that I love is a truly rewarding experience. The only thing better than that is being able to share it with others so that they too can participate in something that will make them both physically and mentally stronger.
