Looks like AGT-style programming his starting to hit the mainstream: Myofibrillar Growth & Conditioning.
Well, mainstream might be pushing it, but T-Nation is a pretty popular “fitness” site.
We did that evil 25-very-heavy-swing plan last fall. At the time, it wasn’t a well developed program, I just pieced things together that I was picking up from the different forums. Craig actually put together a study and figured out a good way to implement it.
Maybe we’ll do it again some time…it was “fun”.
