Finishing up the last week of Easy Strength
I know you’re all probably pretty bored with our program this month. The skiing has been too good, so the number of people who were here consistently was pretty low. Those that stuck with it are moving so much better than ever.
Seriously! There are a bunch of new folks (been here less than a year) doing beautiful double cleans and presses and front squats. And you’re all using serious weights. I guess the repeated practice works!
Yesterday was your heavy day and today we take it very easy with some simple 1x10s at a light weight to recover from the heavy singles.
Tough out the boredom, it will be good for you to have a good base of movement as we turn up the weight and the technicality next month. Lots of barbells, lots of Olympic lifts coming your way…
