A little reprieve on the volume this week

This week’s program follows the same pattern as the last 6 weeks, but instead of two barbell lifts, we’re just doing one. We replace one of the barbell lifts with some kettlebell work. Six weeks of high volume is enough. We’ll take a 3-week break, and then a fun higher volume program starts in June for the Summer Swolestice.
