TSC Next Week - Be There!
My favorite semiannual event, the TSC! We’re hosting it again this fall. Next Saturday morning 10:00.
You’ve been training for it all fall, so take time next weekend to do the test. If you’ve done this before, here’s your chance to get how you’ve improved. If you’ve never done a TSC, make this your first one and get a benchmark score.
3-attempts for a 1RM deadlift (powerlifting rules)
1 attempt for max reps strict pull-up
5 minutes for max reps kettlebell snatch
We’ll be tapering our workouts next week, so you’ll have a built-in rest.
